The service from what seemed to be a manager was courteous but not very welcoming, lacking attention to detail as our coffee mugs were left unwashed. The location, conveniently 5 minutes walk from Yokohama JR station, offers easy access to shopping and dining options, although occasional noise disruptions from nearby renovation can affect the stay. The dining experience, with a variety of local and international cuisine in a cafe setting at level 1, was enjoyable. The hotel provides dry cleaning and laundry services.
